Customer satisfaction is our first goal. Refunds will happily be issued for unused, full-priced merchandise with original tags returned within 14 days of delivery receipt. Sale items have a no-return policy. Refunds are given in the form of the original payment only. We are also happy to exchange items if you will notate your desired product on the original packing list. Due to the unique nature of our offering, quantities are extremely limited. Occasionally items are purchased from our retail floor before we can physically obtain them to fulfill online sales. Please accept our deepest apology for this inconvenience.
