Boot fitting is an art.
You cannot just take a boot out of the box and try them on and expect the proper fit. That might happen 1 out of 25 times.

Boots come apart in several different pieces precisely so a ski shop can work on the insides of the boot to make them fit your feet better. If a shop just hands you a pair of boots to try on like a pair of tennis shoes then you should leave immediately.

Correcting fit problems may be as simple as adding a thicker insole but to the person wearing them fixing a problem is heaven. There is nothing worse than a poorly fitting boot.

All of our equipment staff is trained in the “art” of boot fitting.

At Rocky Mountain we use a “branding iron” to put our mark on the bottom of every ski boot. We do this so we can identify our customers for as long as they own their boots.

Our “Lifetime Fit” guarantee extends to all of our boot customers. We work with you to get the proper fit before you take your vacation and we give instructions on how to get the best fit possible. This guarantee lasts as long as you own your boots so you can feel confident that Rocky Mountain will work with you on fitting them properly if your feet should change.

Customers ask us why we brand our boots and the answer is simple; We need to have a method to identify our boots from our competitors that don’t offer this lifetime guarantee. With our brand on the bottom you can feel confident in your purchase. If another shop tells you they will “guarantee” your fit for a lifetime, ask them how they identify their boots? Surely they can’t guarantee the fit of all boots so how would they know which boot is theirs?
